Production

When building our instruments, we use a combination of the traditional, manual work and the latest technology, all with a single objective – satisfying the musicians who use our instruments. That is our greatest treasure. Using wood of trusted quality and appropriate moisture, paying attention to the colour, look and design of the instrument, patience and awareness of the importance of seemingly minute details (strength and elasticity of the wood, assembling and pasting together the instrument, finishing and varnishing...) in the process of bringing an instrument to life... all these guarantee a world-class product with a recognisable look and sound.
WOOD

The selection of wood is of paramount importance in the process of making a world-class instrument. Wood plays a double role in the making of an instrument – it has both aesthetic and musical implications. Our first concern is having the material meet the high musical criteria and having the finished instrument produce superior sound. Next comes the criterion of high aesthetic standards, which must be met in order to maximise the pleasure the musician derives from using the instrument.

PASTING

It is one of many building processes. The materials and parts must be well prepared, dry and clean. The parts are placed in a mould, temporarily fastened with clamps and pasted. After they dry, the building of the instrument continues. It is important to note that the pasting is done exclusively with hide glue, leaving open the possibility for painless instrument restoration at all times.
BENDING

The hot air method is used to bend the lateral sides. Moisture is applied to the wood as appropriate, so that after it takes on the desired shape and form, it does not break and displays adequate elasticity and strength.
PURFLING

Manually, carefully and cautiously. :)))
